Is my pimple infected? What should I do?

1st thing: DONT MESS WITH IT. you gotta give your skin a chance to heal. Now the way you're describing it-if its gigantic-it could be a cyst, yeah I know a cyst. If its just a really big pimple which I hope it is-leave it alone. wash your face just water, don't put nothing on it, and give your skin one or two more days to heal from the trauma. if it still remains big-go to a dermatologist, and remember...don't keep popping it!
