Its from Universal Studios, I think, and probably from mid 80's to mid 90's. Its about an orange kitty, a street dog, a little girl, a homeles guy and a snoby poodle. Its a kiddie movie and kinda important. Well, to me anyways. If you know the one. Thanx.
