ok so im turning 14 on october third. the problem is that miley cyrus is coming to my town on that day. and she rocksss :) so i was thinking having my bday on friday. i will take all my frans out to eat,get nails done, and have a sleepover :) then on saturday i will go to concert.30 points to best answer. i also need ideas for the sleepover what will we do. and what resteraunt to go to?
